The reason cloaked ships haven't made it in the game yet according to past posts from Dev's, is that there are many AI issues with cloaked ships that they haven't ironed out. They decided to work on other things instead.
We gotten reports of this in the past, but haven't been able to repro. Any information you could provide would be helpful. Thanks
Just playing a new MP game started after 1.83 it happens with about 1 in 5 star bases, prior to this I hadn't noticed since about 1.6 or so. I have the saved game and can provide screenshots but, it shouldn't be that hard to reproduce. I currently have about 30

The "Yesterday" option in the forum chat states this for any post that takes place up to 48 hours prior to the current time. For instance Right now it is 12:32 PM 10/29, I'm seeing yesterday flags from posts on posts made after 1 PM on 10/27. It seems there needs to be a correction done to how the forum sees something as being "yesterday" Thank you.

I would go the opposite way. Add an upgrade to all the resource buildings that increase the worlds production by 200% in that resource when upgraded at a resource cost. Then to offset the balance, decrease the benefit of economic starbases... Help eliminate the starbase spam throughout the galaxy, either that or cap the star base improvement to be at 400% versus the current 700% normal amount that can be accomplished on most planets now...
Not sure i get what you mean?
When a star base has an available constructor module ready to build a module to the star base there is a little red icon that appears on the main map next to the star base indicating that it can be upgraded immediately. This is what I'm saying is showing now sometimes even when no constructor modules are available at the star base currently.

In the 1.83 update I've noticed more and more where starbases are continuing to show that they can be upgraded with the upgrade indicator when no docked constructors are avail. If one attempts to build another module it adds it to que. The modules are single point build modules so it's not a multipoint issue. Has anyone else seen this?

Good Morning Stardock, It's been a while since we've seen anything on this front, based on Steam's release calendar it shows almost 2 months since anything new. Is there anything coming soon, prior to the release of the expansion and if so can we get a hint of what? (examples New Factions, New ship parts, New game feature) Personally I'd really love something that provides extra ideology points for MP games as once planets are gone the player is
They should not advertise a feature and then depend on crowd-sourcing to fulfill the "promise." Or, they should have made it more clear that a significant portion of the game was going to be crowd-sourced. If they are going to do that anyway, the very least they could do is provide us with a few new factions, especially ones they have already more than half created for DLC. I should not have to spend months (lit

I feel that's it's constructor based more than anything because by building economic starbases around a planet one can increase production on a planet by as much as 700% in Manufacturing, Research and Economic... If instead they increased the amount that each building did and cut that down by a factor of 7 it wouldn't be as needed.
