New computer but game crashes! in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Your game rocks! I am just about to kick Drengin butt but now the game crashes all of the sudden whenever I invade a planet. PLease help my cause! The Drengins are an evil race and must be eliminated at all costs! If you help me with this, I will quit my job and move into my Mother's basement. LOL That is how much this game rocks! My Game started crashing in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi, First of all, I want to say that this is the best game I have ever played! I have been playing a game with the largest size universe. I have built up quite a fleet with a custom race. Now whenever I takeover a planet and start to build buildings, the game crashes to my desktop. Here is a copy of my debug log. I also notice that this debug file is as of last night so it may or may not show the problem. Let me know if you need anything else from me. Thank you, Cowpu

I just wanted to say thanks for the quick response. That says alot about your software company. I did what you said and it runs now. I was not aware that there were independent sites that update drivers. Thanks for showing me this. I do have one question. When I run the videos on how to play, the playback is very jerky. In another words, the video plays like a bunch of stills moving forward and the voice keeps on starting and stopping. Any hints on how to alleviate this would be apprecia

Game crashes my system in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I cant even get this game to run. Whenever I start a new game, I get the blue screen of death and have to restart my computer. I have updated my video drivers and downloaded the GC2 update and installed it. Here is my debug output.
