In my experience this is usually caused by a Windows service failing to start (or taking too long). Windows Services are started se

Before Microsoft going batsh*t insane, installing a new version of Windows always had the potential to go very wrong. The difference is: then we only had to worry about it every 3-4 years and only when we were ready, now it's every 6 months whether we like it or not. I compare Windows 10 to that crazy gf that always makes you feel like you are walking on egg-shells: she can blow up on you at any moment without warning. You are not given any time to adapt (it's impossible anywa

Nice, Mindy! :) Really happy to see you displaying the list of applications using the most memory on the desktop RAM Meter module - very few skinners take advantage of that possibility, which is a pity since it's really useful information. Ah, the moon phases module can be skinned to display lots of useful information too (including zodiacal sign). Shoot me an email if you're interested on knowing what the settings for it are and what they do.

I wasn't even born yet back in 65. The place has changed a bit since then... for the better. :) Portugal seems to have become very popular recently - even Madonna is living here now lol

Seth! How's it going? :) To everyone else who ever tried Winstep Xtreme/Nexus Ultimate some years ago but then stopped using it for one reason or another: once a Winstep customer, always a Winstep customer, so you don't have to pay full price ever again. Just send an email to Winstep support with the info you used on the original purchase.

LOL. I'm having a strong sense of Deja Vu. :) You're using as a desktop module a clock style that was intended to be used only in the dock/Shelf, where that format switching makes sense because the goal is to maximize readability of the time. You can, but... :) As I work on a new release I usually write about the features I'm adding as I add them (see the 'What's new in V threads' in the Winstep Foru

It does after you press OK - the volume slider in the settings panel is not dynamic, it will only change the volume once you've pressed OK. I actually wanted to add a volume slider to the media control bar itself, but I run out of time (if you read the 'What's next after v18.1' thread in the Winstep forums you'll see I onl

It should change the volume.

Oh, don't worry, don't do that as the renewals are not cumulative and the application will remind you when the time comes - after that reminder you will also get a new button in the About tab of Preferences saying 'Renew Now' which will take you straight to the renewal page.
