"The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SDI don't match." in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I brought a new PC and installed the game (GalCiv II D.L. Collectors addition.) when I try to play I get this Error Message: "The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SDI don't match." The serial Number is correct. And I entered it again and updated it. I uninstalled it, downloaded impulse and reinstalled it. Updated it through impuse. Still with same Error Message. So my question is.
