Using resources on neighboring asteroid belts in Strategy Sins Forums

Hi Ive been playing a little bit and noticed there are some resources, metal and crystal located in certain areas that are not colonizable but adjacent to one of my planets. How can I get extractors to those locations to reap the benefits? Please let me know...i know its a very easy answer but i dont know what else to do. I tried making matter processors but those only go to my extractors within my gravity well...just curious if theres a way to get to them...thanks

Shipyard Progress in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

I recently bought the game and so far I really enjoy it. Although something really weird has happened. I made some changes to my budget in the domestic stat screen to focus more on research. And Now i have noticed that for all my shipyards it says "Never" instead of 22 wks, 12 wks etc. I dont know what happened. Is there anything I can do to fix this. What happened? Please help me out. I really appreciate it...
