Thank you all very much. I forgot to mention I didn't care about the wallpaper (actually it is not a wallpaper at all but a messed up beta program that just put a bunch of it's icons all over the screen) Thanks for all the help, Bensawsome

I saw this screenshot and I was just amazed at the start bar theme and side/top/bottombar with it. Does anyone know what theme/software I could use to achieve this look?
