I was looking up my scores and rankings on the Metaverse and on the Alt Meta, and I noticed that I am not listed on the Alt Meta for some reason . I am still listed on the regular Metaverse. Is there some sort of "glitch"? Berzelius

I agree completely with our emperor - the HCH is as close to the "ideal" empire as you can get (from my point of view). I like to play small and medium size games and try various different strategies; when I go above normal - I get stomped, but that is OK, I go back to beginner or normal and try something else. I enjoy being part of a group of players who play on a regular basis and like trying different things. I'm not interested in aiming for a mega score by using gigantic maps, playing evil,

I got a cheat flag on the game I just submitted - I have no idea what coud have caused it. Do I need to run a "debug.err"? If so, how do I go about doing that and who do I "send" it to (or do I post it on this thread)? Brezelius

Just a suggestion - try a game on small galaxy at beginner level on the metaverse - you can worry about upping things later. This way you can get a feel for how things go and what works. Have fun and then gradually work your way up. Brezelius
I just finished my first DA game on the metaverse - I signed in as a metaverse game at the beginning. It is refusing to save my game to the metaverse also. I tried to activate a new account (since it didn't recognize the one I had been using for DL), and then tried to resubmit the game to the metaverse with no luck. I don't know - I may be doing something wrong - or will I have to start a new game after reactivating my account in order to get a score submitted?? John

My apologies to The Great Emperor - I did not mean to imply that progress was going too slow. I am not usually impatient (I teach High School)- but obviously my post came across sounding like that. Perhaps it is (as Muble said) more along the lines of exuberance - I just started playing this game in November. Sounds good. I think that we need take care not to get "bogged down" in wording. The sooner we can get the council rolling, the better. Remember, this is not " The Constitution" or " The Magna Charta" (excuse my spelling) - so we don't need to worry too much about long term implications or details. These can be addressed as the need arrises. Remember, anyone can withdraw from an empire that they fill is not meeting their needs and desires. Also, an empire can always withdrawl from th

If you haven't taken a look yet - take a peek at the data on the recent post that is on the "Is any one else out there" thread. The HCH information is impressive!
