well, first of all i salute all the members of this forum and thank u for accepting me as a member. My question is quite simple. Recently i downloaded a file which aparently changes the windows visuality. a skin it is. qs counter elements is the file. Now. how can i apply this skin in my desctop? am i doing smt wrong? some help would be nice. thank you all for listening
