Hey I fixed most of my problem but I downloaded Iconpacker and Objectbar but they wont load the icons WWW Link

Hey i'm having real trouble I install a .wba skin which should look like Creator Desktop but mine doesn't have the background or any of the icons My Desktop Have a installed it wrong? Also Firefox seems to jolt up and down since I install this skin Thanks in advance
