But honestly, why the Krynn?
Well, at one point it was the Iconians...not sure why they pulled the techs from tham and gave it to the Krynn. /shrug As for an epilogue....I guess that's what GC3 will be for. Kinda like ending a season of TV with a big explosion, leaving you on the edge as to the end result.

If memory serves me about combat, the attack and defense values are the max you can do. The damage you do/can withstand that round is randomly determined from 0-100% (MIN increasable from the Luck ability). You must have rolled low a few times and him high...
Ah ya...missed the DA MCC comment. Well, I'll write that one off as "thinking out loud". ~coughs~
Well, I haven't gotten to look into this one personally yet, but I think it shouldn't be too hard to replicate w/ the korath DI building.... Until then, if you got a game saved prior to this happening, zip it and email it to along with a good description as to what is going on. Hopefully they can get a fix in prior to the next patch. Heck, it may be related to the passive spy bug and thus a fix is already in th
Check out what the Korath does with their Dark Influence buildings...I think you'll get a good kick out of that.
Ah, but by bugging Pat, Kryo learns about the problems and how to fix them, instantly doubling the number of people who know how the repair the MV server.
While in theory that is good to pad one's resume and overall usefullness, sometimes people prefer to not how to do something so that they can enjoy a weekend off.
It does, however, cost stardock to pay Kryo to answer these complaints rather than working on demigod.
That or he could feild questions beyond stating the obvious to us (the MV is still down, we are workking on it). His time could be spent elsewhere. Why bother him with the gritty details, which may make him go bug the person attempting to fix the problem, thus slowing down getting the MV up and running. Conspiracy theories aside...I'd like to point
Play some Peggle Neilo...you'll be alright. [e digicons]:wulf:[/e] DAMN THAT GAME!!!!
Damn, first WoW gets a Bejeweled add-on, now they just got Peggle!! http://www.popcap.com/promos/wow/ The funny part is that it'll be able to be used as a loot determiner...So now skillz (be them Peggle skillz) could determine how much lewt you walk off with.
Or maybe moving some of these snack boxes away from my computer.
Hrm, I can't seem to make out what those boxes were of...souls of kittens?
Yup, we have EB everywhere here too.....
EB = Gamestop...ever since 2005. So, insofacto you have Gamestops down under [e digicons]>_>[/e]
There really isn't any 'game stores' around here that I know of that aren't EB/Gamstop. There is the evil that is Walmart though if I'm so bent on avoiding Gamestop. I do agree, a 'mistake' in delivery may be warrented, but then Gamestop would just badmouth SD/GPG to their customers saying 'it didn't get here in time', which is their excuse for pre-ordering games and then not revising the delivery date until AFTER a swarm of people come to pick up the games because "the develope
Ehhhh local strawberries are hard to beat. That crap that's shoved out in winter from warmer states/countries really tastes, well, like nothing. Too much breeding for shipment, less about taste. That's why local tomatoes are heaven!
Tis why I prefer to be known to speak 'American' instead of English. [e digicons][/e]
And sorry for mistakes in my english.
Eh, np. This is an international community afterall.
Given the dealings with Gamestop and tha massive amount of pirates using Demigod, i wonder if SD/GPG has a case for some legal action against them. The amount of pirates that had Demigod on and before release day is quite an amount.
I'm not sure if it would be wise to just not have them as a distributor for the next game or future Demigod expansions. While more sales are nice, sometimes you need to put your foot down
Cold War tactics do wonders, but not economically vs a fleet. I've shut down the Dregin by cutting their purse-strings. I hampered them so bad that I was getting spies quicker than them eventually and then had every one of their buildings shut down. The other AI's then monky-stomped them into space dust when they couldn't make ships to replace those lost in battle. And yeah...having 100 spies in you're arsenal is by NO means economical. ~grins~ Yup, the
Well, I actually just had a strong desire to play a bit just now. More-so to finish off my DA/TA spy cost research to finally finish that personal project. I think it will only take 1 more game to verify if my last game's thought process was correct. Some reason I thought about a cash refund instead of carrying over spending to the next spy since THAT doesn't happen. Figuring in that much, I can see how much I'm expecting my treasury to be the following week, finish
Well, bumping to Cake Walk will only harm you since you're Allies will be gimpy. The Dread Lords are strong...just because they are strong. The dificulty level will mainly affect the other races in the game. Oddly enough, large numbers of smaller ships does great work vs the Dread Lords. You'll last more rounds in combat that way and thus be able to pick away at them.
I might be stabbing in the dark here, but if you match your Windows resolution and the game's resolution, does this crash still occur?
The Intelligence Levels portion of espionage is foolproof now, yes. Prior to the 2.0 patch you had to have spies on the planets to gain intel levels...a VERY costly endevor, just trust me on this, I'm a spy-nut. Planetary (Active) spies however still have their use. You cannot steal tech w/o a spy placed on a planet (via espionage, invasion tech steal is different than this). Shutting down buildings such as farms or econ buildings are very useful to detroying an econ
And the followup answer to "what can I do about it?", not too much unless you have a save prior to the event. This isn't a UP proposal that is easilly circumvented by leaving the UP. On the bright side, I don't think the AI is smart enough to take the event into consideration. So they may still put engines on their ships, where weapons/defenses could instead be placed.
fleets move my slowly than single ships
Are all ships in the fleet equipped with the same speed capability? If you have 2 ships with 2 Ion Drives then 1 ship w/o Ion Drives, the entire fleet must move as slow as the no Ion Drive ship. You can go no faster than your slowest ship.
Another victory for those who know how to vote with their wallet!
Well, at the top of this page, click My Acount and then click on Registrations. Another option is to try and email with whatever email account you may have registered the game with for them to send the serial key to you. Your serial key, if registered, is linked to an email address. So it should be as easy as figuring out which email address you had used to register back then... If all that doesn't work, begging, pleading, sending a case of b
