Does Chaos V "50% Maul Chance" enchantment work? in Sorcerer King Support SorcererKing Forums

In a 1.3 Tinkerer game I enchanted a Ring of the Tutor with the Chaos V enchantment (which is supposed to give a 50% maul chance) and gave it to Drogon. I have never seen maul trigger for him in any tactical combat. Maybe I missed it or have just had extremely bad luck, but I suspect this enchantment isn't working properly.
