Can't upload in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi guys & girls, I'm very new to this site (well the uploading part anyway ) and I tried to upload a LogonXP... BUT I got a very strange error... well actually... NO error :S but it didnt upload either: Could somebody please tell me what I did wrong? --P.S. I use FireFox 2 --
