MISSING TASK BAR!!! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

ok so i pu tthe object dock thing at the bottom, i moved teh task bar to the top. i put the task bar into auto hide mode. then i went itno the object dock configuration. when i went in i put hide task bar. now i try to unhide it and it wont re appear what can i possibly do?

basically, i want to know wat all us noobs must know, what programs do i use? i want to make boot screens, logins, and desktop theme packages, window blinds i guess. Tanks for all incoming help
