GalCiv2 ForumsHi guys, All the bonuses you get from techs, starbases and resources like +10 social or +5 millitary, what do they actually do? Precisely?` I really enjoy this game but I have issues with two big game elements because of all the micro they imply: Starbases and trade routes. Would it be hard to find a way to disable these, maybe through mods? Cheers!
