Oversize icons in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I have applied several themes and everytime my icons get a little larger, how do I shrink them down?. Whoever can help it would be appriciated?.

Thanks, Starskin is also a theme/skin program. I purchesed it at www.belchfire.net,( a web site vary simular to this one ).

Is the program Starskin and Stardock made by the same company?. I had been using the Starskin program for some time but I misplaced the registration number and can no longer use it.
