Desktop freezes when applying a package. in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I just downloaded IconPackager, and whenever I try and apply a theme onto my PC, my desktop crashes and I have to restart my explorer.exe file. Is this some kind of common bug that's been going on or is there a fix for this? Cause I don't remember seeing this when I used it before in some of the really older versions.
