It could have started out with a high PQ then the race that inhabited it could have uncovered a precursor device before you met them. + Soil Enhancement + Habitat Improvement + Terraforming = ??? The highest PQ I've ever had was 44. ;)
I don't think you can zoom in GalCiv. Try downloading the PDF manual from Stardock Central and check out the Keyboard Commands there. ;) ~SDC~

I'm sure this has already been asked and answered somewhere but I can't find it... When you submit a score to the Metaverse why doesn't the whole score go towards your Metaverse score? I've submitted 6 games with a total score of 15,562 but my Metaverse score is only 6,353. How does this whole scoring thing work?
