I was thinking , if they want to keep the level number system , change it from the word level to ""class"" , so the ship instead of being level 1 or 2 or 3, would be a class 1 or 2 or 3... sounds better imho...

You have to use the new emails that were sent out yesterday.
yep... I was bored till the beta came out, so what better to keep myself entertained than cause a little mischief on the forums
Wow he's creating errors even I wouldn't have thought of...
Multianna.... check your mail tomorrow for a cookie! Great pics!
Post your resolution that you are playing at. I'll make a total count and keep it at the top of the post once we get a few people listed. Once I am home, I'll be running it at 1680x1050. Results so far: 2560x1600 - 1 people 1920x1200 - 1 people 1680x1050 - 6 people 1600x1200 - 1 people 1280x1024 - 2 people 1280x720 - 1 people 1024x768 - 1

Oooh pretty blue... And a zoomed out view! Thanks!
Do you have a picture of the solar system map all the way zoomed out?

I know and I'm on a 1000mb dsl line so go figure... 1000mb dsl? are ya sure you don't mean Kbps? 1000Mb dsl is faster than my office of 8000 employee's has at its disposal, lol...
Multianna to the rescue, some excellent screens!
1) About 1/2 the time, my capital ships wouldn't jump correctly between systems the first time. They'd get to the warp circle, and then stop. Reissuing the jump command would cause them to jump correctly. When they didn't jump the first time, their fighter/bomber squads were still out when they hit the circle. When they finally jumped, the squads were still out and faded away after the capital ship had left. Poor little squads all left to die... <i

Very good, though I have yet to try the current controls...
It was beautiful...
I confess... I am TheRealSchematicsNinja... dun dun dun....
Ironclad/Stardock is pro Peach, and all peach related things... I bet their offices are peach colored... Ok so do we have any non-peach colored screenshots?
I want to point out tho ready boost is faster then a hd its still slow ass hell. I do believe you are wrong... But it depends on the type of hard drive and its connection type to the mobo. USB 2.0 has a raw data rate at 480Mbps , assuming the Thumb drive is 2.0 compliant. If the hard drive is SATA 1.5 or 3.0, it will be transferring at 1.5 Gbit/s or 3.0 Gbit/s. The other consideration is how fas
The work around for this is to disable the opening movies. Goto C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting and open the file user.setting with notepad. Look for the word "ShowIntroMovies" and turn the following "TRUE" into a "FALSE". Save the file and reload Sins.
ALSO I've noticed all the pics so far are of space being PEACH colored , are we currently limited to just a PEACH colored nebula background? GOD... I wish I was at home playing right now... And can someone post a pic of the farthest zoomed out view? The dev's said the look had changed a little
