i'm using internet explorer i downloaded it as a .zip file first and extracted the file. when that didn't work, i downloaded the file by changing it to Eminence.wba before saving it but when i double-clicked the file, that message still pops up. i've tried other skins and they work perfectly fine, i guess i just can't use the Eminence skin, what a shame...

I just recently subscribed to this site and I'm having trouble applying the skins to my desktop. Well, the one that I'm trying to use is: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SkinID=5758&LibID=1 I have WindowBlinds downloaded and installed, but when I tried to open the file with WindowBlinds, it says "There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a WindowBlinds Skin?" Can anyone help m
