Widget´s how to open in Widget talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi @ all, I´m a greenhorn that need your help. I don´t now to open my downloadet widget ???? Cry. What kind of a Programm do i need, to work or install these widget´s. I found some great widget´s i like to put on my computer. Aii i need, is the way to do it. Sorry, for my bad english, i do my very best. Plane
