That is a precious pic. True happiness from a 2 yr old.. That is sweet. Good luck w/ HD... I know of the company that issues those things... It's in TX, by the big D... They have sooo many things that they are "required" to do for the customer, & it's obvious they didn't If you want to know how to get help in the future drop me a line... Tomorrow I'm doing my taxes.. I hate it.. The government blows more money than I make in 10yr period on some silly study... Like... Why do kids fall off tricycles. Honestly. The government did a study for 3.4 million. Guess what they found out... they either ran into something, someone, or they just fell off. For 1.2 million I could have saved them 2.2 million.

The work day is over. Its been insane. Trying to get days off work to coincide with days to go visit daughter & family. Have a new grandson to spoil. Today at work the phone calls were horrible. I can understand having a bad day, but, I swear after today Alexander G. Bell better be glad he is dead. All the calls today from customers, were very very challanging to say the least. I did not personaly cause any of these people problems. I tried to help, apologize, correct, and nothing seemed good enough.

There always seems to be Murphy's Law sneaking in.. I'm glad you allowed the extra time...Keeping fingers crossed it's just a vapor lock, and hopefully it will clear up quickly. Being cold is not something you want when you're trying to rest & sleep before driving in Seattle traffic. been there done that.. I love Seattle.. but the drivers there are different. Not all of them.. just some of them are not use to driving in cold & snow.

It snowed here in KC, Mo yesterday, and last night.. it is to finish up this am. It is sooo pretty. So peaceful.. When it was falling it was the perfect snowfall.
