Possible New User in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

First off, I would just like to say hello to everyone. OK, before I purchase this game I have a few questions regarding what I can do or not do in GCII. I also hav a few questions regarding mods, ect. I have done some searches but since I am about a year behind as far as knowing anything about this game I will need some help finding what I need or want, assuming GCII can give me what I want. <br
