Both your versions are odd, the current version is 3.14.353 You may have had some extra security feature do an auto update, which may now be interferring with the connection, check for any Spy/Ad type applications running, disable. You could also try a full uninstall of Impulse (won't affect your software) and re-install.

It's [email protected], huzzah!
IE8 is very new and I'm not sure all our games have been tested on it yet. If you donwloaded new updates to IE8, and the game suddenly stop working, Don't blame the game. You might want to consider returning to IE7, or IE8 prior to that update.
E-mail IronClad at [email protected] Great bunch of people, they will let you know the status.
Brendan Tynan, Zamzee, and artmiser you all have 2 accounts, and need to have them merged into one. Please e-mail us at [email protected] and let us know which e-mail address you
You may need to manually remove the game folder, and delete 2 Registry Keys before you'll be able to re-install. Then the install should go better. Go to C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire (or where ever you installed the game) and delete the main folder. Then launch the System Registry (Start-> run, and type regedit) Look for and delete the following Keys; XP & Vista 32 bit; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Dreng

Try uninstalling WindowBlinds via Add/Remove from Windows Control Panel, it should then have you reboot your PC. After you come back up, open your System Registry (Star-> Run, type regedit) and look for any of the following Keys that may have been left over; HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\WindowBlinds HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\ObjectDesktop\WindowBlinds Delete any that you find (right-click, c

Actually, the theme is not a MyColors theme, sorry for the mis-information. It is a free Theme Manager theme, sent you a link to download it.

Please note that Stardock will not and can not, support updates that have not been installed via Impulse. Sharing game files is a good way to get banned. What you should do before any update is to Archive the version you have, THEN do the update and if your not happy, Restore the archive you previously made.
Can you give a little more information, like is the game freezing up on you, any kind of errors your getting? You can get more direct help if you send us an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know what is happening.
Impulse should be used to install and update your software, you don't need to use it to run the games. We have responded to your support ticket, but you might also want to check what 'extra' security apps you may have running. Impulse not working can be caused by extra 'security' apps, like SpyBot, AdAware and the like. Even some anti-virus applications can have their own 'spybot' functions, and Firewall settings. Check your system (SysTray) for any of these 'watche
Jeez... I'm also the guy in the first pic... ROYALTIES!!!
These pics were taken just yesterday, nice how i'm the only one in the 'Demigod QA fire team' pic. A Fire Team of One!
We could send out 8 X 10 color glossy autographed photos of kryo, suitable for framing, lining your bird cage, or wrapping fish in. Worth much more than $5... Such a deal!
Obeliske, The GalCiv II UE is already built to the latest versions, so there are no 'updates' for it. But when there are updates, they are available when you are on the My Games tab in Impulse.
"Side-stepping"? Understand, Stardock is not the game Developer and we also have to wait until IronClad patch the game. As I said before, send your Mini-dump to IronClad, they are the Devs and are handling those issues.
Here is a work around that another user posted, not sure how well this works, but it may be worth a try; Galaxy Forge work around; Essentially, it would appear that SoaSE 1.15 does not need all of those normal & quick entries in the .galaxy file...just the "normal" ones. So, "fixing" the old map becomes a 3 step process for me that doesn't require anything but notepad and takes all of 3 minutes if you can type and have a decent rig. Assuming you've opened you
Ahhh, must have been a French commander, then!
You can try uninstalling the entire game, then check for any left over folders, delete them if found.
