Any chance that Stardock may be working on such a thing? I think Microsoft's current mindset that they have to think the same way as Apple (we're right - you are all wrong) has to be questioned. Aero Glass may be a battery waster but shouldn't that be our choice? Not everyone uses a battery anyway! They did the same with Start button and menu a la Start8 which I thought was totally unnecessary.

Sorry to reply so late but my netbook was being repaired and I don't even have XP on my desktop. I downloaded and installed the old XP version and it refuses to import any of my .BMP images. I used one of the built-in ones just to test it and the box still appeared round the user names.

I have LogonStudio working fine in my Vista rig with no problems whatsoever, and just installed it in my new Notebook which runs on XP SP3. I notice in XP only that on the Welcome screen in the names area and the bottom band are still the default blue and wondered why? Am I doing something wrong or is that simply an XP thing? Sorry about the blurry image, still getting used to my camera, but you see what I mean....and it happens with all versions
