HELP! Exact words-"You do not have access to modify the required Configuration pleese reboot with co in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

I HAVE gotton Windowblinds 4 from my friend who bought it. i have never had windowblinds before but it looks cool. i need some help installing since it always stops with 5seconds to go in the installation while instaling C:\...LaSt {Cobalt} resize bar.bmp is there something i need to disable or to change? or am i pretty much SCREWED!

I just tried to install windowblinds 4 but i cannot get past the last few files to be downloaded. it asks for account. i am an expert at XP and i kno how to create a COmputer Admin account.
