wow! it works what I did is I changed every language systems (langauge inpu, unicode, non-unicoe) to English and run logon to apply theme. it worked and I just changed my setting back to Korean, but still works! I guess once it activated logons with English, it doesn't have problem with being Korean setting thanks for the tip! I never thought about it haha
mine is English Windows XP Home 2002 SP2, but I installed language pack for Korean, and my default unicode is set as Korean. and I installed atheros wireless a/b/g mini PCI adapter
I mentioned about this problem before and someone suggested me to re-install my windows and update to SP2... so I did! I re-installed my windows and updated to SP2. I have Windwos XP Home Version 2002 with SP2. and when I apply my logons it pops up with error message... it says Parser Message value creation failed" at line 8 so if I press ok then it pops up again for about 10 times, and
I wish I can put SP2, but most of my drivers doesn't support SP2.... that's why I have SP1... and also it's original copy... and up to date... I tried to reinstall Windows, but Microsoft said "you can't activate your windows again, blah blah blah." I told them I restored, so I need to activate again and it's same computer, but they still didn't let it... so I bought another OEM SP1 CD... I don't wanna restore again, cuz I think they won't let me activate again... what an asshole...
