[/quote] I doubt the GPU is built into the CPU ...The GPU is more then likely built onto the Motherboard separately from the CPU .. I would take it back ... I have doubts it's your GPU or drivers... Is it only at the top of the window or the Monitor? If you move the window top to the bottom does it still do it?

are you saying you Rez is 1980x1080? if so try a different rez like 1600x900 the 1920 will make text and stuff smaller and harder to see my default res is 1920x1080 got it at 1600x900 you can also scroll with the arrow keys ... multi button mouse could scroll to left right up down
