I would place another vote for strictly using . as decimal separator, it's always used like that in data formats, so I would hardcode it in the app. and have the data files use it.

I did a bit more reasearch, and I have the bug because my locale is set to US english, but my number format is changed to European. I prefer to have english locale so that's why I have the weird combo. I have now switched my locale to Dutch(Belgium) and the problem is fixed. I dont know if this then still qualifies as a bug or a glitch. If it could be fixed it would be nice, but it's fixed for me. I hope this might help anyone in the future. Keywords:<br/

Ehm, this bug still exists with 1.5, will this be fixed ? I would rather not change my entire PC to US-english everytime I want to play galciv2. I'm running version 1.5 atm.
