Not sure what the exact formula is for surrendering. I think if somebody starts a war with another civilization, they will surrender to them if they are almost lost. eg You are allies with the Torians The Torians start a war with the Drengin and start getting badly defeated, they will surrender to the Drengins The Drengin start the war and start beating the Torians badly, they will surrender their remaining worlds to you. Thats the pattern I have mostly noticed. I r

Baseball's still being played? I believe I voted against the early submittals as being the tie breaker. On one hand it is a great tie breaker, but life may take its toll and you can't post early. To tell you the truth I like the fact that submitting early gets recognition. I can't cause I'm working in Quebec at the momentbut Oh well. Not to be the Dark horse But that would be one more almost meaningless tech to waste time on for a few meesley pennies. The idea of it being only for Good alignment is however a good one as long as it pays generous enough to make it worth while.

Then it gets broken and parts go missing and it ends up with all the normal pieces of lego. I don't think so. The ships I had at year 4 were impressive I think. I will jot down my ships at year 4 next game. I am Curious. I agree with Fire. SB arrays are no fun. I don't go for score(As you can tell by my crappy scores). Your ships sound very impressive, Must have some military mining resources. And to have planets with that much production, Possibly some economic starbases? I will have to go back in to I think the core, or early in this post or into killing Dreadnaoughts and find out what my ships were. Chat later.
