He wanted $43K for my 415 square foot basement. Oh! or I could pay $891 per month for 5 years. I told him he was well over 50% above what I could afford and that I can get it done the traditional way with drywall and such for around $15K, his response... OK thanks have a good night and he packed up and left. No counter offer, nothing.
