100% Photoshop, just using standard filters for all skins and themes. MicroAngelo/ Photoshop for icons. ImageReady or FireWorks / Photoshop for gifs. Nothing more then that...

I have another idea: If the outhor makes more then 2 updates ( wich I think is fairly enough) the skin's dll counter comes back to zero again. I'm sure all the abuser people I'll sudenly stop to make unnecessary updates.

well, as a moderator, I can tell you, some authors seems to make skins by parts, just to be able to update them at every new pixel. For sure we can recognize who are the ones that abuses.

As a member of the cummunity: I agree with paxx, I think all the major skins sites should have a link button to the others, independently of their creativity, since they use to have their logos on them. Those sites are the ones who care about our cummunity. As a Pixtudio's memeber: I'm flatered and honnored to have our site linked on the first page of WC , but at the same time, I don't think it'

Thank you all for the kind support, this made me smile again. btw, today I spent some time on counting all the rips I caught on my work during the last 2 years. 27 corroborated rips so far, between, skins, themes and sites. This is too much.

I think that WB XP deserves it's own category (as many skin sites have for Winamp 1, 2 and now 3). One other thing , I think that the WBXP skins, should be removed from the regular WB categorie and added to the same ones on the XP categories, for the author to not loose the dlls. Using Brad's idea of a category can have a maximum of 2 skins highlighted would be very good too.

davad, thanks for thinking about us. Unfortunatly I'm not thinking about that. I rarely make updates on my stuff, I think that every skin has it own time. I just made a few exceptions, like I did on Alen Bond's Capsula for my own use and after that I released it with hios permission. I was playing on WB XP, trying to make one new skin, but it's kinda difficult for me, since I don't run Windows XP. <

Space Ghost: The Polymer suite was made one year ago and I am sorry to say that I don't have plans to update it, since I'm allways working in something new.

Brad, In fact, Russ had 14.213 dlls in the first day of WinAqua. I can say that, because I have a screenshot of that Skinz.org page saved on my HD untill today. When he deleted the skin around 10 days after the skins had over 50.000 dlls.
