Reply to "out of memory"-crash. (DA 1.6 beta 4) in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I wonder if this has anything to do with the AI of the other races building a ridiculous amount of constructors and not using them. I don't know if this was just in my last game, but I noticed they were all doing this. Just a ton of constructors sitting around a starbase doing nothing.
