I don't really care about the spamming but there is something seriously wrong with how quick the "unfair" AI can get to this tech. It was like 20 mins into the game and they fired their first one with tech dev set to slow. Fail.

Ok, unless you get a lot of gold early leaving just 1 level in BO is what I always do, and then max it by 15 with CL. You don't have the mana to use it offensively early on and spamming CL is a far better choice to get some tower damage in both mid and lane side with the creep farm. So, I feel the points are better put into passives at an early stage. Lucky BoTS is restricted to assassins eh??

hmmm...I seem to always end up with a full mana pool after the bots cast if I cast it with the creep wave and get the spits out on time.... not sure how this works out with the numbers but I am never short of mana.

It's a very significant adv if you hit 5 first (ub vs ub) and your opponent is stupid enough to engage. And it is still a good exploit vs whoever/whenever... Anyways.... back to the diapers.
