A couple of times when changing packages Windows has frozen, or, desktop and taskbar gone black. I've had to press the reboot button to get out of it. Also using WB & Fences.

Did you not watch the film? Ren turned to the dark side during training with Luke who wasn't strong enough to prevent it. That's why Luke disappeared, he couldn't live with his failure. Towards the end Snoke recalls Kylo Ren, saying he needs to complete his training. This would imply Snoke is the dark side master who trained Kylo Ren.
