The ratings don't work - all my skins should have a 10 on them and they don't... ;p
I remember a post from a dev that there would be info 'soon' which never happened.
Or should that be hypersoon? Seriously folks, if you have a headache waiting for WB10 to arrive imagine how the developers feel. Let's just leave them alone to do what they do best and enjoy WB10 when it's done :)
Well, given the state of some posts, the spellchecker clearly doesn't work for everyone ;)
...and add a spell checker ;p
Fix subscriptions. I've never subscribed to anything and the auto subscribe box is unticked, yet I'm subscribed to zillions of the little bleeders...
If you have 7 or 8 and you are using the 'free' upgrade version of W10, W10 has to be activated on the machine first before you can do a clean install. The new drive is a 500Gb SSD. The 128Gb SSD is quite a few years old and was almost top of the range when new. Realistically it was never big enough for my os, programs and documents. I have 110Gb of photos... Once you start loading FSX up with all the scenery add-ons, that takes a fair bit of space too ;) No do
I have a new, larger, SSD on the way. The old 128Gb SSD just wasn't big enough, I had to store a lot of stuff on another drive. Once I've got the boot media on a USB I'll be clean installing W10 to the new drive :)
As for all the conspiracy crap people keep posting - TL;DNR ;)
Fuzz.........You can fix the start meno with Start10.
I have that already. Makes it look better but it still hase the W7/Vista clickfest menus. What I do is change the folder permissions on the 'Programs' folder. Then I add it to the taskbar - right click the taskbar, select toolbar > new toolbar and browse to the programs folder. You then have a fly-out menu just like XP's start menu :)
My, all that was ten years ago... TEN!
So what's the fuss about. Windows 10 installed earlier today and, that's it... I can still do everything I need to with the minimum of effort. I still have my taskbar toolbar 'Programs', so I don't need that ugly start menu. Everything seems easy to find and nothing's broken. The only thing I need to fix is the fugly look but, isn't that what we skinners do best ;) (WB10 - where are you?)
Nice find :)
Nice to have some privacy. Did you pack the puncture repair kit for Bessie?
Sounds fantastic. Congratulations mate [e digicons][/e] p.s. when's the housewarming barbie?
Damn, I thought he'd been banned... ;p
As the Trek universe has been changed, so has the timeline. All the TV series' haven't happened yet in this timeline. Temporal mechanics ;) They can do it all again...
Live long and prosper [e digicons]:fuzzy:[/e]
Fastest it's been for 20 years... ;p
I have a plain looking NZXT. It's under the desk out of the way. It... just... works... ;)
Yep, the only weird thing around here is you :)
In the last few years the UK has seen the rise of the giant rat, some as big as cats. 'Ratzilla' was around 50cm nose to tail... Interestingly the sales of Kebabs have increased over the same period. Some would argue Westminster is full of giant rats, and they'd be right.
Yeah, what with salties, sharks, snakes, spiders - makes me wonder how you guys make it through the day. I heard Canberra was a bit like Milton Keynes (only warmer).
I get confused by that place, it's so big. Let me see if I've got this right: Queensland = crocs and sweat Northern Territory = very wet or very dry South Australia = small empty space Western Australia = big empty space Victoria = old wizened people (except for Kylie) NSW = suntans and excessive waxing Tasmania = pube shaped (enough said)
