I had a shipping issue (address change). I sent an email and a follow-up. I received a response to the follow-up within about 2 business days. Issue completely resolved. Be patient - a 2.5 hour turnaround is a bit unrealistic for any company.
I agree with ExtremeDesigner. I have encountered this "bug" too. Maybe 50% or more of the gigantic-sized maps generated have fog of war that doesn't disappear after having been explored. It's extremely annoying, and it makes gigantic-sized maps almost unplayable. I haven't tried smaller maps, but perhaps I will do so until an update is posted. Stardock - This is a major bug; please make fixing this bug a high priority!!! Thanks for the great game and expansion.
