Backgrounds but no icons? in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

OK, I have spent about 2 hours looking around the web for help before I posted this... I downloaded this because I want the icons it shows, but all that is in the file is backgrounds. Where can I find these icons and how do I install them? WWW Link
