Can somebody explain to me What modding actually do. I have a vague idea... but then I am not really sure what it is. I don't want to end with a fantasy world with star-trek building everywhere. hehe

Here is one for you guys. I just bought a new pc with Vista. I want to buy the game oblivion however in the requirments it says windows XP for the OS. Anybody know if it will work with Vista? Thanks

yes I have installed all three games. Please do not misunderstand me the game does stgart and I can play twilight. however what I cannot do is have access to the ship deseigner and the new options like how often mega events happen. i DO HAVE ACCESS PON MY DESKTOP BUT on the laptop it's like the updates are not active. it's like I am plaing the old version Thanks

I have version 1.96 or something and I guess this is not the new beta.... There is nothing on Impulse... I guess I qwill have to uninstall and try again.

I only have the gold edition of the cd. The rest is all online download. So I have no worries by having the games on both way cool. Thanks
I will be getting my new laptop in a few days. I'm just wondering if I am allowed to have the game installed on both my laptop and my desktop. Another question is how do I get the game installed on the new laptop. As you can see I am not very good with computers. Do I need to install impulse first? Thanks

Frogboy wrote this on the boards (home link) that he hopes to annouce the fantasy game in november and beta would start in spring.

Yeah I guess my question was not really clear. However you did answer it pretty well. To be more to the point I was wondering if they are working on the game meaning programing and if pretty much the idea of the game is set, or if they are just gathering information and will start work later. I am trying to see if we will have the game in 2012 or if we can expect it maybe in 12 months or less. As you can see I am a fan and can't wait to try it. :-)
So do we have any new updates? I know there are always delays. since it was to be near the end of spring and we are now there... when is the new update?
I to have been waiting for a long time for a fantasy game. So if I have to wait another 18 months it,s not so bad... Maybe in 12 we'll have beta and for sure way before that we will get updates. Even if we do not have specifics if we could at least get a few bits of official information about it...
