easy way, make a rectangle box or any shape just like for the track title layer, fill with color of choice, name it whatever direction vumeter. Example btvumeter. then create a new pallet and make the skin cover for it leaveing some transparent areas, style as you wish then drag it to player over the vumeter and size it accordingly, doesn't need a special name for that layer just make sure its above vumeter layer. Xion skinning help needed in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Hello to all that love Xion. I am creating my first skin and have about 75% of the buttons all done but wanted to check my work in progress. My first question is about loading the skin. How I did it, and I'm not sure if this was the right way - copied the .psd file and used windows explorer to paste it in the Interfaces directory. There must be a better way but it's not in the tut I have. The second issue is, and could possibly be related to the first, when I loaded my skin, the whole s

what I find real amusing is that by reading the descriptions of my work, I know that he did'nt steal my work from this site. I do know which site it was and will be contacting the admin there. The other thing thats funny is that there are only logon screens and bootskins and the descriptions say that they have wallpapers to match, but when you search for the walls-there aren't any to be found.

I'm with Po' on this one. If your going to lock a thread, you might as well delete it from the forum otherwise it just becomes like a newspaper (read and discard) thats not a forum.
