Kay, Ive owned the game for some time now, and I never updated until now, since I wanted the new patch for DA(for Vista issues.) Now, I registered strough SDC, and it registered fine. I patched the gold edition, and it downloaded and installed just fine, and right at the end, it told me "Wrong serial number..blah blah..", however the game was patched fine, and it asked me for my serial when I started up the game again. Okay, I decided to reinstall Gal Civ Gold on my desktop, since it was having issues, and now Im having problems. I uninstalled the game, and Stardock Central, and Im still getting issues. First of all, as you can see, Disk 1 is in the computer. Hahaha, no. The drengin are powerful early game, then they weaken. And then if you still find them "overpowered" later in the game, just keep bribing the Yor to go to war with them. Oh, and then, if your playing DA, have the Krynn fight the Yor, so they dont become massive during the Yor-Drengin war.

And, if you wanna go to war without that penalty, provoke them with influence star bases. That way, they are the agressors.

For me, its easier to flip. You just need one influence star base maxed out per star system, and the planets slowly become yours.
