Not sure if this was intended or not, but each time my sovereign goes into a city, the walls automatically change to stone walls. Then when my sovereign leaves the city, they downgrade back to normal. Is it supposed to work like that? I don't remember that happening before.
If your Sov has the trait "Great Defender" that's his special wall. I think it's cool.

I like Malsqueek's idea. What about having each type of resource node have a low chance to spawn a special resource that can be used in equipment design. Eg a developed Forest has a 1 percent chance of creating a Heartwood Tree that can be used to make a good bow... something like that.

Any else noticed that when heroes gang up into an army, you can't hire them individually? The price is only for one of the heroes... but when you hire them you get all of them AND you pay for it... even if it means deficit spending. Weird.
once you attack a recruitable hero, you will be unable to hire any heros from that point on, they will simply refuse to work for you, the ones you have you get to keep, but future ones are blocked.
Well in this case it seems I can still recruit (just recruited Lewooz)... so fortunatley don't have to restart. I guess I just took a rep hit, oh well.

I ended my turn adjacent to them (wanted to recruit on the next turn when I got enough gild) and before I could start my next turn I got a "You are being attacked" message. Then I incinerated her in tactical, and got the "Death of Gara" message.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I get attacked by a (seemingly neutral) hero... and when I kill him or her, I get a tsk-tsking screen "Death of Gara" (in this case), which says how the word has spread how cruel I am. Question: is there some effect also? Can't really tell...
My mouse cursor's movement is stuttering when I hold shift. But only in that UI area. Its weird.
I have that same problem... I just assumed it was me being spazzy.

I know this isn't what SD is going for with EWoM, but I just have to say: if someone did make a fantasy Total War version (for real, not one of the many so-so fan mods) it would be pretty sweet.
The game has a very irritating 'jump and build' trick. When i try to click in the spot i want it to build, it 'jumps' to a different spot and builds there instead. Even in the times it does not 'jump' i can see the screen flick the instant i click to build in an attempt to jump me somewhere else, why?
I had this problem too, so I turned "Enable City Build Zoom" on the options, and it seems not to jump around when zoomed in.
But I would love it if EWoM could implement something like Myrror... I disagree. A lot more pressing problems to solve in EWOM, myrror while nice is hardly the reason why EWOM sucks, adding it doesn't help much either.
Well I don't think EWoM sucks... but yeah, there are plenty of things I'd like to see fixed before adding something like Myrror. Just saying it was my favorite part of MoM.

Sadly my strongest memories of MoM are crashing every 15 minutes. (I know they fixed most of the bugs eventually but by then I'd moved on to something else, probably Civ 2.) But I would love it if EWoM could implement something like Myrror...
