Reply to anyone help? getting beaten question... in Strategies GalCiv2 Forums

Well I'm not so sure it was a bug, possibly I had missed something important in my weapons lists - Like... ,'NanoRippers'! Plus being a Noob I had mistaken groups of 3 for 'groups of 3' and not fleets and the numbers for Fleet numbers instead of how many ships in the Fleet. Anyway, I went back to previous Save, stopped my influencing of Torrians (which bought me some time) and got busy with the shields research and pumping out ships bristling with Nano Rippers. The T

Hi, first post... So I'm playing a Dark Avatar campaign and eventually the Torians wage war on me. I've always been fairly ahead of the research wave and my spies confirm they basically have the same things researched as me and no more. However their ships, even their tiny ships are destroying everything of mine right out including mil starbases.
