wait... it doesn't work in ultimate? heh in any case, it's a very nice program, but I can't help but wonder why you would be interested in my work if it can't play .dreams (granted, the video files can be extracted) well, I'm going to stand by my comment... I'd rather just wait for format support. (encoding wmv feels like such a waste of time) surely it won't be much longer... isn't sp1 is already in the works? O.o although, I have heard noth

I have tried multiple programs, codecs, and methods of mpeg2 encoding, all of which have not produced results up to my standards so far the only thing that works are wmv files... these tend to utilize way to much of the cpu and there is nothing I can do about it aside from encoding in a different format. I want to make them mp4, which has a seamless loop, and uses virtually no cpu cycles, but the current iteration of dreamscene can't use it... I do not pl

well, I can't say for certain, but I bet a codec pack would fix it: http://www.free-codecs.com/Vista_Codec_Package_download.htm http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Codec_Pack_download.htm I am currently having the same problem when I try to encode mpeg2 .dream files except in my case, I usually get an error ~dream scene has encountered an error and must close~ or something like that I really hope the final version ~if one ever surfaces~ has mo

"Id say try it with less compression as it eats alot of cpu cycles to decompress the..." ~sigh~ why do my posts get scrambled? well, since part of that quote was left^ I guess I'll address it first~again~ aside from converting from raw to wmv, I don't compress any of them and I had already read that thread, they don't really mention any programs to use to make them, I currently use windows media encoder to make the wmv files, and I have attempted raw to m

Here's how I make dreams: 1. Make animation in photoshop 2. Export frames 3. Use virtual dub to make a raw avi (Usually around 1.5gb) 4. Convert avi to wmv with windows media encoder (With quality based compression at 1600x1200, usually d

~sigh~, why did my post get scrambled... somehow the last two lines ended up in quotes and the rest was deleted... oh well, I guess this time I'll copy it just to be certain... anways, I checked my personal site and got this: "Sorry, but you must change your nickname in order to create a personal site. Your nickname contains characters which are no longer valid!" I had assumed it was the space, ~which is now removed~ and it still says that, any suggestions?<br
