Quite often I find the minor race's build gigantic fleets of constuctors and start building influence star bases everywhere.

It seems that it's only when the AI gets a-hold of my custom civs is when they start winning, e.g. on normal my custom race the Thorians were whupping even the Yor!

I've always wondered what happens in the embassy's you create on planets, so I thought I'd try to create an AAR based on that, (or at lest on what would happen if it went a bit wrong ). Me again! You can only customize opponent race ships at that point, you create custom ones for your chosen race in-game.

Is it on Battle of the Gods? Or a scenario other than normal? if yes then in those games your race choice is limited.

They sometimes ask for money even if your freindly with them, which can be very annoying, e.g. I somehow managed to get off to a good start with the Drengin, next thing I know their asking for money in aid of their "galactic peace efforts" or something like that! Drengin-Peace not likely.
