I don't think that this was all Infinity Ward's fault. COD:MW2 was published by Activision, and they seem to be replacing EA as the PC haters these days. My guess is that Activision made this happen. Besides, we've got Battlefield Bad Company 2 coming out, and the guys at EA said that there will be dedicated severs and other stuff on that.

No. 'cuz I'm in the USA, baby! (Need a US flag emoticon) Don't you hate when you're taking a piss, and you think your done, but there's still a few drops of piss in your dick, so when you zip up your pants it dribbles down your leg?
No, because I can have more daylight to create stupid forum games such as these. Don't you hate it when your opening up a new CD case, but the damn wrapper won't open, and then the fucking case snaps when you open, and mess up and scratch your new CD and get all fucking pissed (rant continues, gets carted off.)
Okay, my first game (You're Banned!) caused an explosion of games, but here's my second one. You have to say Don't you hate it when... and complete the sentence (EX: Don't you hate when teachers give a lot of homework?). It can be serious or funny Now, here's the fun part. Before you create your own Don't you hate it question, you have to answer yes or no to the person above you's question, and give a funny, stupid, or crazy answer. Here's mine: Don't
This is your story. Do whatever you want.
Update: I've been meaning to write a chapter, but haven't really found the motivation. It will probably surface this weekend. As for the sequel to this, I will probably hold off on posting it. I'll write it, but I probably won't post it until Galciv III is annouced (it will be annouced after Elemental, I'm sure of it), so more people will be talking about GalCiv again, therefore, reaching a bigger audience. Okay, I'm off to continue writing.
Scoutdog is right, things have slowed down here. If Stardock releases more GCII content, which I hope thy do, then more people will come, But for now, this place seems to be slowly losing it.
Man I wish I could play this, but my parents hate games that are rated M.[e digicons]:([/e]
Put more stuff up. I've also extended the deadline to November 15.
There's and issue with my Karma. I can only view the Karma that has been given to me through the forum sections that are exclusive to the site I'm on, not Off-Topic or anything. Can someone fix this?
General Etrius, Mobile Uit 3219 extends his appendages in a very unrobotic expression of gratitude for refreshing his data banks with such prompt data!! Ive downloaded shatter..will play it in a few days!!
Hope you enjoy it. You can command big ships in the custom missions right away, but you'll have to fly a fighter in the campaign first. You'll eventually get promoted to where you can command frigates, then destroyers, and eventually, the entir
Can anyone tell me the name of a good Space Combat simulator where u get to fly capital ships (other than Battle Cruiser 4000 A.D., Independence War & Starfleet Command/Bridge Commander). Ive played lots of usual space sims like TIE Fighter, Wing Commander II, etc but I want to command my own capital class starship!! U know...bigger guns...
X3 Terran Conflict, but it takes a LONG time to get captial ships. Great sandbox game. If you want to command a capital ship i
It's a bit of a mess. However, this belongs in the off topic section.
Banned because I was playing the Mount and Blade Warband beta and I was too lazy to think of a better ban.
Man Frogboy, it isn't often that you see a CEO actually talking to his customers. Another great thing about Stardock.[e digicons][/e] I personally doubt Demigod will become a "ghost town". As Frogboy said, the game sold well. People are right in the fact that strategy games do tend to be single player. Take it from me. The only time I've gone online in an RTS was in Medieval II Total War (though I should go online more, the AI sucks a fat one. My name one there is
EA = Greed. 'Nuff said.
It does both the american and soviet Campaigns.. it starts off soviet and then goes to american and soviet, etc
So, it switches between the factions? Or does it make you do the Soviet Campaign before the U.S. campaign? I want to do the U.S. campaign first, so I might uninstall and reinstall, and cancel installation of Soviet
Do you know about the campaign issue though?
I recently got World In Conflict Soviet Assault, which is supposed to include the full World in Conflict game. However, it doesn't have an option let me play the American campaign, which is supposed to be much better than the Soviet one. If anyone could help, it would be appreciated. Also, can you play single player skirmishes? The game doesn't even have an option for that either.
Pretty good!
I wouldn't wait if I were you.
I've got people who are good with upgrading PC's coming down in about a monthm and I'll do it then. Until then, I'm going to take my desk fan and have it blow air through the side vent to help cool down the card.
This describes exactly what I did that fixed the problem...
Sounds good. I can't wait to unlock this my PC's potential. I'll probably get this all done in about a month or so.
I ban everyone for basing their ban reason on what the person above them said. You can make up a reason to ban the above person without using what they said as part of your reason. Example: I ban harpo for making a ban while I was making measurement on my PC case for a second fan.
