I tend to put them in the same category as those that throw old tires into streams and band trees (that is where you strip the bark all the way around a tree in a band, almost always kills the tree). My son and I have a name for them, Barbarians.

DavidK: And Steve Forbes was laughed at. Isn't it interesting how election day is about as far away from tax day as possible? They should be right next to each other. Then you might see lower taxes. I think a sales tax would be the most fair. The more you spend the more taxes you pay.

I thought I would take a look at LiteStep. It keeps taking me to an admin program for the website. Is anyone else seeing this? It has been doing this to me for over a week now.

One of my favorite sites might be making a comeback! http://adcritic.com/downloads/pr/20020327-AdCritic.html It is one of the few .com's that I really miss. Please comeback. It was a goldmine for decent music that isn't played on the radio. I guess that says something about the poor state of the music/radio industry.

When you installed it asks for an administrators password but it doesn't display this account when you log in. Here is a way to get to that account. To resolve this problem so that you can access the original Administrator account: Press the CTRL+ALT+DELETE key combination twice during the friendly logon interface to use the conventional Windows 2000 logon interface. Restart the computer in Safe mode, or log on remotely by using Remote Desktop and the Autologon

Happy birthday Fred Rogers. Known to millions as Mr. Rogers. He turns 74 today. I wonder if he watches Barney and Teletubbies. I bet it makes him want to throw up. /me goes to look for a speedy delivery guy to beat up.

I know that some applications that skin themselves tend to have problems with WB. Photoshop has that problem on my system. Try setting the ap to use only "Specified skin". Use a UIS1 skin. Those are skins that show up with three windows instead of two when previewing them from the display properties. It seems to fix my problem with Photoshop. This solution will probably slow your system down some. It will be like running two skins at the same time. UIS1 skins are fairly fast

I used an all black background, black screensaver and hidden icons and taskbar at work (I had been getting complaints that the wallpaper was too flashy, "It is only wallpaper, you nazi" . For some reason people would always reboot it when I would step away from my desk.
