I have similar issue. Sometimes, seems totally random (it's hard to pinpoint the cause actually) there is a noticeable drop in Start11 framerate. I'm using my desktop in 120 FPS at FHD res and when the framerate drops, you can notice the difference. It stays in lower framerate for couple of seconds (10s max, usually around 5s) and then returns to normal 120 FPS. Nothing else on my machine is dropping the FPS - all animations are smooth, including the original Start Menu.<b

Probably that is because I am talking about a folder and you are testing a group [e digicons]^_^[/e] Please test a folder.
