In Windows vista I was looking into the domand theme folder and I saw fuzzy pictures that looks like snow on a TV. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\ThemeManager is the folder.

I think you could delete subfolders by pressing F8 during boot then select safe mode then delete the folders.

Try to start or restart the themes service. Open Control Panal. In the left bar click classic view. Click Administrative Tools. Click Services. Find Themes. Right click the Themes Service then click start or restart. Try the Windows XP Theme now.
