M-Peg 2 Codecs in DeskScapes WinCustomize Forums

I just downloaded Carguy1's latest Dream "Tropical Paradise" and upon selecting it I received an error message advising that it " may be an invalid video type or a compatible M-Peg 2 decoder may not be present!" All my codecs were up to date and I confirmed that M-Peg 2 playback was not disabled in the functions guide. I un-installed the codecs packages and re-installed, rebooted with no change. I have had the pleasure of trying out Vista Dreams and DeskScapes for the last 2 weeks and have enjoyed the changes! No more static backgrounds for me... and did I mention background music as well?
