Ok, again to elaborate some more, I'm not not lookin' for someone to make us a layout and then just fuckoff, I'm tryin' to recruit a new team member. We're not off the ground yet, but once we get the site going we'll be getting some money coming into it and then we'll have funding to pay all team members.. *shrug* So I guess it'd be like do some work for us now and if you stick with the team long enough you'll get some payment then..

Hey all, I'm doing a website and I thought it would be a fantastic idea to make the website design in the theme of an operating system.
